EC3 Inc. prides itself on leading the cleaning and janitorial industry in professionalism and certifications.
EC3 Inc. constantly trains employees and crew leads to ensure the absolute best experience for every one of our happy clients. We employ rigorous programs that continually perfect our cleaning procedures and we strive to certify our management and staff in numerous local and national programs.
We currently hold the following certifications:
But EC3 Inc. doesn’t stop at certifications. These are important classifications to have, but we also know the importance of using quality, leading edge cleaning products and Earth-friendly chemicals.
For instance, EC3 Inc. doesn’t use a standard mop and bucket which simply spreads dirty water back onto your floors. Instead, we use an expensive trolley system, utilizing unique and separate containers for dirty and clean water. Not only is your grout and floors cleaner but also you know dirty water is not being spread back onto your floors!
Air quality has become the next greatest frontier. The new enzyme Febreze™, has taken home cleaning by storm for good reason. And now EC3 Inc. uses a commercial variant (Active Enzyme Breakdown™) manufactured by The Butcher Company a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Unlike simple air fresheners, Enzymes actually eat bacteria causing the odors and get to the root of the problem.
In SUMMER of 2004, David G. Bolz, RBSM, CBSE, President of EC3 Inc. enrolled through the National Indoor Air Quality Institute to learn the process of indoor air quality, testing indoor air and testing surfaces for mold and mildew present.
Mold has always been a major problem for anyone recovering from a hurricane and Florida requires preparation for hurricanes. Thus, Mr. Bolz became certified by the Committee on Indoor Air Quality (CIAQ); a Federal Interagency Committee. David and EC3 Inc. is now certified and licensed to remediate or remove mold and mildew and certify a building healthy after such work following a flood, hurricane, or fire.
EC3 Inc. first applied its new skills to the destroyed sections of the Harbor Federal Bank’s Headquarters building and Operations, and several tenant filled office structures adjacent to its headquarters in downtown Ft. Pearce, Florida following the FALL hurricanes in 2004.
EC3 Inc. was the contractor responsible for the remediation of the mildew and mold in these buildings that Fall. This successful project helped launch EC3 Inc. as a new building contracting company.
By early 2005 and again in 2006, Colonial Bank, headquartered in Montgomery Alabama, utilized EC3 Inc. for its damage and mild and mildew problems in several Ft Lauderdale, Florida branch bank facilities and interested parties may contact Mr. John Michael Dudzenski regarding the work performed for Colonial and indoor air quality remediation services provided for them. They had an old problem building that had to be restored.
The newer products coming to the industry constantly, such as the new dust cloths known as micro-fiber and the innovative two-bucket “trolley” system by Rubbermaid™ provide the best contractors who are not afraid of spending the money to provide their clients with the latest and greatest products are going to have a finished product second to nobody!
New and better chemicals that eat odors instead of hiding them can provide cleaner restrooms! Providing proper training for the application of disinfectants and using the proper disinfectant is always the key.
Using the proper equipment with these chemicals helps tremendously with applying the chemicals properly. ASK US ABOUT OUT TROLLEY SYSTEM by Rubbermaid™ and how you can get have this system go to work for you in your facility!
The public is more informed and knows about the dangers of mold and mildew and people are not excited about working in environments that may not be safe. Knowing how to clean space that may have mold and mildew because of some type of water damage is common in Florida. This is not necessarily a difficult or expensive process to remediate, it must be done by professionals that understand the science and chemistry behind removing these organisms.
The NIAQI insures some very highly motivated people are properly trained and tested to properly test for and remove such problems from our work and living environments. Since 2004 we have applied this knowledge to many flood situations for Bank Atlantic with great success.
