Air quality has become more important than ever in office buildings, hospitals, and schools. Now EC3 Inc is certified to help ensure the air in your building is free of harmful elements and bacteria. With a CIAQ certification from the National Indoor Air Quality Institute, EC3 Inc can now test your facility’s air for mold, mildew, and other bacteria harmful to those who breathe them.
For general, every day, air quality concerns, EC3 Inc uses an Active Enzyme Breakdown™ manufactured by The Butcher Company (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson). Enzymes, as opposed to air fresheners, actually eat bacteria causing the odors and get to the root of the problem.
In Florida, checking your facility’s air quality is especially important following a hurricane or flood. EC3 Inc can test your building, clean it of mold and mildew, and certify a building’s air quality as “healthy” following a hurricane, flood, or fire.
EC3 Inc. first applied its skills to the destroyed sections of the Harbor Federal Bank’s Headquarters building and Operations and several tenant filled office structures adjacent to its headquarters in downtown Ft. Pearce, Florida following the Fall hurricanes in 2004.
EC3 Inc. was responsible for the remediation of the mildew and mold in these buildings. This successful project helped launch EC3 Inc. as a new building contracting company.
In early 2005 and again in 2006, Colonial Bank (headquartered in Montgomery Alabama), hired EC3 Inc. to help with their mold and mildew problems in several Ft Lauderdale, Florida branch bank facilities. They had an old problem building that had to be restored.
