EC3 Inc.'s team of well-trained, fully uniformed, and professional workers and their supervisors have been raising the bar in Florida's commercial cleaning industry since 2000. Training personally supervised by CBSE and RBSM David G. Bolz in the Butcher™ EC3s own Training Program.  The EC3 Inc. supervisors review work performed by cleaning crews regularly and interact with customers to see any needs of the facility.  At night, the supervisors work directly with the cleaning crews to increase work effort and quality of performance.

David G. Bolz, founder and president of EC3 Inc., is a leader in this industry. He has received the international designation Certified Building Service Executive and Registered Building Service Manager certified and registered by the Building Service Contractors Association International, an internationally recognized mark of excellence. Bolz began his career with the US government contractor Wilksyk Inc. but did not return to the building services industry until after he served nine years as a head college football coach in Mexico City, Mexico. 

Bolz was named Operations Manager for a West Palm Beach Maintenance Group in 1998 where he was eventually named Senior Vice President by 2001. In 2003, Bolz founded EC3 Inc.  In only five years, EC3 Inc has become known statewide and is the predominant cleaning contractor in the financial services market and the healthcare industry. EC3 Inc. employs over 110 people, are members of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, BSCAI and ISSA.

Since inception, EC3 Inc. has been dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality of service. In the hundreds of buildings we service nightly, EC3 receives less than one complaint per day relating to janitorial service throughout the state.  Although the primary work product is nightly janitorial throughout the state, EC3 often contracts for one-time carpet cleaning, construction cleaning, pressure cleaning, stripping and waxing floors and large one-time cleaning projects. Our trained personnel and detail-oriented supervisors carefully select a minimum number of the finest and most effective chemicals and supplies available on the market from such premier suppliers as Johnson and Johnson, 3M, Butcher, and Kimberly Clark.
