About David Bolz

David G. Bolz started EC3 Inc in 2003.

As founder and president of EC3 Inc., David is a leader in this industry. He has received the international designation of Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) and Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM).  Mr Bolz is also certified and registered by the Building Service Contractors Association International, an internationally recognized mark of excellence.

David Bolz began his career with the US government contractor Wilksyk Inc. but his passion for football drew him to Mexico to be the head college football coach in Mexico City, Mexico.  After nine years of coaching, David decided to return to the building services industry in Florida State.  He was named Operations Manager for a West Palm Beach Maintenance Group in 1998 where he was eventually named Senior Vice President by 2001.

In 2003, Bolz founded EC3 Inc. In less than five years, EC3 Inc became known statewide and has continued on to be the predominant cleaning contractor in the financial services market and the healthcare industry.

EC3 Inc. employs over 150 people and is a member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, BSCAI and ISSA.

David Bolz runs EC3 Inc with no debt of any kind. David’s fleet of vehicles are fully owned by the company.  EC3 Inc holds mid six-figure cash reserves and the pension and profit sharing plan contains more than a million dollars.

David has recruited and built a phenomenally successful staff, comprising of an engaged president, four vice presidents, approximately nine supervisors and numerous crew leaders.
